Returns

  • We’re committed to providing a better shopping experience from start to finish. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on most products, along with a 100-day return policy on select items.
  • To keep delivery fast and affordable, reduce waste, and responsibly recycle or refurbish returned items, a return shipping fee applies. The fee is 10% of the purchase price when items are returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, the fee increases to 20% of the purchase price. All return shipping fees are capped at $250 per returned item.
  • Returns for eligible specialty items are free if they are in good condition. If an item is soiled, damaged, or otherwise unsellable, a $100 pickup or handling fee may apply.
  • Products that arrive defective or damaged are covered under our warranty and are not subject to return shipping fees. Please review our return eligibility guidelines for full details.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours after the shipping carrier confirms receipt of the return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to two weeks for the refund to be processed.

How to initiate a return

  • To begin a return, please complete the Return Form at zendorahome.com
  • After submission, our Customer Experience team will reach out within 24–48 hours with next steps. Depending on the item and return eligibility, we will either provide a return shipping label or arrange a return pickup. Burrow reserves the right to determine the return method.
  • All returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery, with the exception of mattresses, which must be initiated within 100 days of delivery. Delivery is defined as the date the final package for an item is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, not the date the item is unboxed.
  • Please note: Clear photos showing the issue are required for all damaged or defective item returns or replacement requests. If photos are not provided, Burrow reserves the right to apply a return shipping fee.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned in usable condition, meaning they must be free from stains, tears, burns, pet damage, odors, excessive soiling, or similar issues. The determination of usable condition is made solely at Burrow’s discretion, and all returns are accepted or declined at Burrow’s sole judgment. Burrow may request descriptions and/or photos to evaluate the condition of a product before approving a return. Failure to provide requested information may result in the return being denied.
  • Products shipped outside of the continental United States are not eligible for return.
  • If a scheduled return pickup is missed, a missed appointment fee will apply. This fee will be clearly communicated at the time the pickup is scheduled.
  • Items purchased individually as components or add-ons and not included in the original order are not eligible for return.
  • Minor color variations (as determined by Burrow) and differences in firmness are considered preferences, not defects. Products may be returned for these reasons within the applicable return window but will be subject to the return shipping fees outlined above.
  • Failure to complete the return process within one week of receiving return instructions from Burrow may result in the return being declined.

Exchanges

  • If the fabric, leg finish, or another detail isn’t the right fit, we offer one free exchange within the 30-day return window, provided the product is returned in its original packaging. To start an exchange, submit a return request for the original item and indicate that you would like to exchange it. We’ll process the return without any fees and issue a full refund, after which you can place a new order for your preferred product.
  • Please note that products must be returned with original packaging to qualify for an exchange. Any additional returns beyond the one free exchange will be subject to standard return fees. Exchanges are not available for accessories or lighting.

Warranty

One-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind our furniture with a one-year limited warranty, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as damage that occurs during shipping. There are no charges to repair or replace items that qualify for warranty coverage.

To submit a valid warranty claim, customers must provide the original purchase confirmation email, including the order number and the email address used at checkout. The one-year warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Burrow or an authorized retailer and is non-transferable. The warranty is void if the item has been resold or re-gifted by the original purchaser. Coverage includes manufacturing defects and damaged parts not caused by customer use, modification, or misuse. Warranty protection applies only when products are used as intended and show normal wear.

The following are not covered under Zendora’s one-year warranty:

  • Negligence

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Accidents

  • Abnormal use

  • Product modifications

  • Improper cleaning

  • Pet-related damage

  • Commercial use

Please note that replacement items cannot be shipped internationally.
