Where can I check my order details?

You can view your order details by logging into your account on our website at https://zendorahome.com/
Once logged in, head to the “My Orders” section to see your current and past orders.

Can I change my address after placing the order?

Yes, you may update your delivery address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has left our warehouse, address changes are no longer possible.

If you wish to change the delivery address to an international location, any additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer. However, if you selected international shipping and later change the delivery address to India, the international shipping fee will be refunded as Store Credit.

The print has irregularities. Why?

Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans and produced in small batches rather than mass-manufactured by machines. Because of this hands-on process, slight variations or irregularities in the print may occur from one batch to another.

These subtle differences are a natural part of the craft and are what make each piece truly unique.

The colour of the product I received is slightly different from the images. Why?

A. Product images are photographed under varying lighting conditions to best represent the item in real life. However, slight colour differences may occur due to camera limitations and screen settings.

Additionally, since our products are handcrafted in small batches, minor variations in colour shades can naturally occur due to the artisanal process.

Where are my tracking details?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS. If you’re unable to find the email, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there.

Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?

Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible returns within India. Unfortunately, this service is not available for international returns.

In some locations, reverse pickup may not be possible. In such cases, we may request you to ship the product back to us, after which we will issue a full Store Credit.
